Return and Refund Policy
Please review your order carefully before completing it. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. We will accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund. Please contact us to start the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the unused, undamaged merchandise, this may take up to 30 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Return Items:
Step 1: Contact us via email to begin the return process: r_langford@comcast.net
Step 2: Include the ORIGINAL INVOICE with your return package.
Step 3: Fill out the RETURN FORM and include in the return package.
Step 4: Package the merchandise carefully using the original packing the item came in or use similar packaging to ensure the merchandise is received undamaged.
Step 5: Ship using: USPS or other reputable shipper. The return address is listed on both the Invoice and Return form.
Returns may take up to 30 business days to process after receiving the merchandise in good condition. Funds will be refunded via the method the merchandise was purchased. It may take additional time to see the funds reflected on credit cards, due to their processing times.
